Zinger! This shot took me right back to my grandparents farm in SW Minnesota. One day I thought it a fine idea to hide from family, buried under corn cobs in the manger at the bottom of their silo.
ReplyDeleteOnly as an adult can I appreciate their fear ... then,of course, the scolding!
Your photos always make me think!
That is a pretty pristine shot. Most silos that old are not nearly in as neat of a surrounding environment.
ReplyDeleteOld silos are signs of times gone by. Those new metal ones do not have the character these old ones do and here's three in one place!
