Annie, I was the one taking the photo. The hand belonged to my cousin. The squirrel must have been stressed by the crowd visiting that day because he bit his owner and did draw blood. Then he jumped onto her fathers arm and bite him twice.
Since it was a pet it had already had its rabies shots but they learned to keep the critter in his cage when they have company.
