Jamesport is located in an Amish community and is truly like stepping back in time.

My other blog is more about the story that goes with the photo. On this site the photo is the story.
Thank you for stopping by my site. Without your visits there would be no incentive to continue posting. So, having you here and reading your comments is the highlight of my day.
I regret that time does not always allow me to return visits to everyone who stops by, but, I will certainly do my best to get to everyone. I will definitely answer any questions you leave me.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
I imagine the people who live here are grateful that time has wandered by them! A sense of contentment and peace here!
ReplyDeleteThat must be very interesting to visit as a tourist, but for nothing in the world I would like to live like them !
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with Gemma. The place looks so peaceful. Happy RT2.
ReplyDeleteMine's here.
I used to live in Amish country in Pennsylvania, but was never brave enough to "shoot" the Amish. You captured the horse and buggy discreetly and well.

Looks like a great place to visit, and take in the Amish way of life. Beautiful shot!
ReplyDeleteHappy REDnesday,

My greatest desire was to visit the Amish country in PA, but looks like I will never make it. However, Missouri is a little closer. They fascinate me.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!
ReplyDeletePlease come and have some strawberries at my blog. Your comment will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
That really is an interesting and attractive photograph.
ReplyDeleteNow that is my kind of place. I'd love to visit it sometime. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI love this! Didn't realize there were Amish settlements in Missouri. Would love to visit there.
