My other blog is more about the story that goes with the photo. On this site the photo is the story.

Thank you for stopping by my site. Without your visits there would be no incentive to continue posting. So, having you here and reading your comments is the highlight of my day.
I regret that time does not always allow me to return visits to everyone who stops by, but, I will certainly do my best to get to everyone. I will definitely answer any questions you leave me.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.

Can't grasp the scale of this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the only thing that would of made this picture better is if instead of a canoe there would of been a smart car. Loved it Rita, have a great day.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of a picture in a kids' book illustrating sizes. What was the canoe doing just parked there? Neat picture.
ReplyDeleteThe parking lot was hard against the Mississippi river so I imagine someone thought to canoe on the river but thought better of it after seeing all the barges and other river traffic.
ReplyDeleteI bet the owners of that canoe just got out of the water to restock their beer supply. They returned a few minutes after this shot to take a closer look at those river barges.

At first I thought the car and canoe were toys!
ReplyDeleteThis is very interesting and looks like an optical illusion...
