Linking to Thematic Photographic
This weeks theme is "Somewhat Worse for Wear"
My other blog is more about the story that goes with the photo. On this site the photo is the story.
Thank you for stopping by my site. Without your visits there would be no incentive to continue posting. So, having you here and reading your comments is the highlight of my day.
I regret that time does not always allow me to return visits to everyone who stops by, but, I will certainly do my best to get to everyone. I will definitely answer any questions you leave me.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
Okay, grab some paint, a few new boards and some window glass- and it can be home sweet home! There's something very charming about this place!
ReplyDeleteIt wouldn't really be fun to live there - but it's nice to imagine it.
ReplyDeleteI can imagine how beautiful this house, few years ago.
ReplyDeleteAwwww.... makes me wonder about the story of the village.
ReplyDeleteIt is somewhat worse for wear but it still make a great photo!
ReplyDeleteMy mother-in-law always referred to houses like this as a place with possibilities. I think it is interesting to think of all the people who lived here with hopes and dreams. Perhaps they were realized. Great photo.
ReplyDeleteAhhh, a little paint, new windows and it'll be good as new. Kind of a mini-ghost town in the middle of a newer development, eh?
ReplyDeleteall these old homes......there are stories waiting to be written here
ReplyDeletethank you

Just a little TLC is needed to retore it to its former glory.
ReplyDeleteRita, the place lacks for modern plumbing and HVAC...but once upon a time, it was a palace for some family!
ReplyDelete~
I hope it is restored and not knocked down.
