Gold Lining the Avenue

St. Peters, Missouri
October 14. 2012

I found this rather odd.  The main road beside a major area shopping mall, deserted in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. Was it the expected rain, or the St. Louis Cardinals in the world series playoff?

  1. This is abolutely stunning! Funny how beatiful a row of trees along a road can be so darn pretty...but it can...and just look at all those clouds!

  2. Overwhelmed by colour and away to buy sunglasses, I expect!

  3. Wonderful fall tree line! I used to go shopping (back when I liked going shopping) during Alabama and/or Auburn college football games because the stores were empty.

  6. I don't know why, but the empty street gave you a marvelous photo op -- those trees are like gold! Gorgeous.

  8. Beautiful photo! Those colors alone make it an amazing photo, add to that the dark and moody sky and wow!
