We've had those in our little town before and I was always amazed that they did not die in the full sun and heat. I don't know if they are there this year or not. Haven't paid attention.

We stayed in a beautiful RV Park in St Charles once -- buncha' years ago.....walked a bike path into the city as I remember. Didn't know it was the first capital though.
