My other blog is more about the story that goes with the photo. On this site the photo is the story.
Thank you for stopping by my site. Without your visits there would be no incentive to continue posting. So, having you here and reading your comments is the highlight of my day.
I regret that time does not always allow me to return visits to everyone who stops by, but, I will certainly do my best to get to everyone. I will definitely answer any questions you leave me.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
There are some truly inspirational photos on here- I look forward to coming back often- great to see another area of the world!

What a shock this vendor would have if he knew he had been on REDnesday.
ReplyDeleteI always hesitate to take front-on photos of musicians and vendors. Did this guy give you any grief--or did you give him a tip? Just curious...
ReplyDeleteWOMAN IN THE SCARLET COAT
Woman in the scarlet coat,
Are you heading for a boat?
Or perhaps you need a bus
To get far away from us.
Whether wheels or sails you take
Don’t forget the chocolate cake
To sustain you on your way;
Red-clad damsel, now we say,
“Go with grace, enjoy the ride,
See you on the other side!”

Those street musicians are so talented, and I always enjoy them when we visit Chicago!
ReplyDeleteHappy REDnesday,
Carol
I hope he was getting a few bucks for his efforts!
ReplyDeleteMagical Mystical Teacher, I just walked up and snapped the photo. At first his eyes were almost closed but when he saw my feet he looked at me. He did not miss a beat and it did not occur to me to give him a tip. In hind sight I should have and will remember to do so in the future.
ReplyDeletePat, It was raining and not many people were stopping so I doubt he made much money that day.
Liv, I'm sure you are right. He had no idea why I took the photo.
